Billing Support

Some common billing questions:
 

  • I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact? Please contact your Account Representative directly. If you are not sure, please email our support team: support@BestofCentralCalifornia.com. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.
     

  • I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your Best of Central California schedule.
     

  • We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form. Best of Central California is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.
     

  • I ordered merchandise, when will it arrive? Merchandise orders can vary. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage. A final proof will need to be approved prior to shipping.
